(চ) মিথ্যা বা বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্য জমা দেওয়ার জন্য;
(ছ) ভাইরাস বা ক্ষতিকর কোড আপলোড/প্রেরণ করার জন্য যা সেবা বা সংশ্লিষ্ট ওয়েবসাইটের কার্যকারিতা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করতে পারে;
(জ) অন্যদের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ বা ট্র্যাক করার জন্য;
(ঝ) স্প্যাম, ফিশিং, ফার্মিং, প্রিটেক্সটিং, স্পাইডারিং, ক্রলিং বা স্ক্র্যাপিংয়ের জন্য;
(ঞ) কোনো অশ্লীল বা অনৈতিক উদ্দেশ্যে; অথবা
(ট) সেবা বা সংশ্লিষ্ট ওয়েবসাইটের নিরাপত্তা বৈশিষ্ট্যকে ব্যাহত বা এড়িয়ে যাওয়ার জন্য।
আমরা এই নিষিদ্ধ ব্যবহারগুলোর যেকোনোটি লঙ্ঘন করলে আপনার সেবা ব্যবহার বন্ধ করার অধিকার রাখি।

- কোনো অবস্থাতেই Pithibi বা আমাদের পরিচালক, কর্মকর্তা, কর্মচারী, সহযোগী, এজেন্ট, ঠিকাদার, সরবরাহকারী বা লাইসেন্সদাতারা কোনো ক্ষতি, লোকসান, দাবি বা সরাসরি/পরোক্ষ/আকস্মিক/শাস্তিমূলক/বিশেষ বা ফলশ্রুতিমূলক ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না—যেমন লাভ, রাজস্ব, সঞ্চয়, ডেটা বা প্রতিস্থাপন খরচের ক্ষতি।
- কিছু বিচারব্যবস্থায় দায়সীমা সীমিত করার অনুমতি নেই, তাই আমাদের দায় আইন অনুযায়ী সর্বোচ্চ সীমায় সীমাবদ্ধ থাকবে।
— ক্ষতিপূরণ
